Salary Job descriptionWe are looking for an Adult's Social Worker to join the Mental Health Team.
THIS POST REQUIRES A SOCIAL WORK QUALIFICATION WITH A MINIMUM 2 YEARS POST QUALIFIED EXPERIENCE.
About the team
This team works with adults that have mental health difficulties. The team supports those within the service by putting together care plans specialised to their needs. The team will undertake MDT meetings, carry out visits, undertake face to face assessments and work with other services for the best interest of the client.
About you
A Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) within a minimum of 1 year post ASYE experience is required. The successful candidate will have previous experience of working with relevant legislation such as Care Act 2014, MCA, Section 42. Experience of working with OP,PD CMHT or Complex Care will be suitable for this post. Being AMHP Qualified is beneficial.
