Social Worker - Adult Assessment Team - High Peak / Glossop

Derbyshire County Council is seeking a Social Worker for its adult social care Assessment team based in the High Peak / Glossop area of Derbyshire.

This role will offer a competitive hourly rate.

The role will involve the following:

• Working in an Assessment team
• Working with adults with mental health conditions
• Hybrid working with ability to visit clients with the Glossop/High Peak area.

You will need to be:

• Qualified Social Worker
• Fully Social Work England registered
• Experience of working in an Assessment team
• Mental health experience
• Driving licence and access to a vehicle
