Rated as outstanding by Ofsted, we’re organised in locality teams, meaning no arguments about transition points. We also maintain strong links with multi-agency partners while ensuring Children and Families remain with the same Social Worker from referral through to closure. “RBKC Social Workers are friendly, and managers are open to doing things differently and supporting relationship-based practice. I’d highly recommend RBKC as a place to work.” - RBKC Social Worker
