The suitable candidate will be expected to deliver a high quality social work service to children and young people who are deemed vulnerable or needing support due to : An impairment that is either physical or mental and the impairment has a substantial long term effect on the individual's ability to carry out day to day activities. They will need to work with the citizen, carers and families to provide support and to develop resilience and independence, ensuring that the citizen, families and carers are at the centre of decision making about their lives and the outcomes that they want to achieve.As a Social worker you must have a degree in Social work with a minimum 2 years post qualifying experience and passed your AYSE, experience in an NHS Establishment or a local authority is desirable.To act in accordance with SWE registration requirements and Code of Conduct for exercising accountability and professional practice. To provide professional Social work assessments to support the commissioning process in line with care management and continuing care.Employers will be keen to see that you have a friendly and caring attitude, and understand and respect people who need healthcare support.Previous experience and/or qualifications in Social work are essential to apply for this role.We also supply the following to both NHS and private sector.
