The Team: Join a dynamic team consisting of eight Social Workers, two family intervention workers specialising in budgeting and life journey support, a dedicated duty officer for additional assistance, and two supportive team managers, all led by an experienced section manager. Our team is committed to continuous support and celebrates successes together, even treating ourselves to a cheeky Nandos after team meetings!
PLO Relaunch: We have recently undergone a PLO relaunch, resulting in fewer cases heading to court. Once a case enters the PLO process, it comes over to our team, where we work diligently to ensure the best possible outcomes for children and families.
This role is offers a high pay rate leaving you with more money.
