- Stay updated on changes in policy, legislation, and practice frameworks to inform practice effectively.

Requirements:
- Social work qualification and at least one year's post-qualifying experience.
- Valid UK driving license and access to a car for work purposes.
- Effective use of supervision for accountability and professional development.
- Working knowledge of legal and policy frameworks informing social work practice.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work autonomously.
- Competence in producing clear and concise professional documentation.
