Hoop Social Work, based in Cardiff, are looking to appoint a Qualified Social Worker for an initial 6 month contract for an assignment with the Local Health Board. This role offers a hybrid working approach, of 2 days from home and 3 days on site in the Merthyr office. The contract will run for a 6 month period. Pay rate for this role is subject to experience, and up to £38 per hour Umbrella company. Contract to start late July 2024. Interviews to be held mid July.
Our client requires a candidate with 12 months experience of CMHT work. You will be working with knowledge of the Mental Health measures, Mental Health Act, Mental Capacity Act, SSWBA. You will need to have experience of multi agency working.
In addition you will need to have the following:
- A relevant Social Work Qualification
- Registration with Social Care Wales
- Enhanced DBS registered on the update service or be happy to apply for a DBS
- 3 Years of referencing
- Driving license with access to a car
