Location: Bristol
Team/Specialism:North and West Community Team
Pay Rate: £32 per hour (assignment rate)
Contract: Locum, 3-Months
Hours: Full-time - flexible working is available
About the role:
Responsibilities include fulfilling statutory obligations outlined in the Care Act and Mental Capacity Act, such as conducting assessments and reviews for service users aged 25 and above, as well as their caregivers. Additionally, you will be expected to adhere to the team duty roster.

Requirements of the Social Worker:
- Degree or equivalent in social work
- Current Social Work England registration
- Significant frontline experience in Adults Services within the UK
- Experience with Mental Capacity Act 2014
- Full UK driving licence amd access tgo own vehicle for home visits
