SalaryWe are currently recruiting female Support Workers on behalf of South Gloucestshire Local Authority who are seeking a compassionate and reliable worker to join their team and provide high-quality care to service user in his family home in Bristol. As a supported living - support Worker, you will be responsible for providing a range of care and support services, including personal care, medication management, and assistance with daily tasks.
This is a 2:1 position, regarded to attend session with the young person for 10 hours over 2 days during the school holidays and to be on hand to fill in during term time where needed.
The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and a desire to make a difference in the lives of others. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to adapt to different clients and environments.
Requirements:
· Have experience/trained in Buccal
· Previous experience as a care worker or in a related field
· A driver with business insurance
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Flexibility and adaptability
