Administrator

Put your people skills to the test whilst working within a modern and friendly environment providing administration support on a full-time temporary basis! Looking to earn some extra money and to keep your administration skills fresh? Then this temporary role is just for you! 

In the Administration role you'll be involved with:

• Covering reception, replying to emails / correspondence, and taking payments
• Typing up letters and printing on letter headed paper
• Meeting and greeting customers
• Arranging meetings / booking appointments

To be considered for the Administration role you must have:

• Previous reception / administration experience
• Strong communication and administration skills
• Excellent IT, Typing and organisational skills
• A courteous, friendly, and professional manner

This is a fulltime temporary role working 9am – 5pm Monday – Friday for 4 – 5 weeks initially with an ASAP, based in the beautiful seaside town of Pwllheli in return, you will receive a rate of from £11.44 up to £11.79 (depending on skills and experience) p/h plus holiday pay.
