SalaryWe have an amazing opportunity for an Employment Advisor working for a Grade 1 provider. You will work with clients (managing a caseload) who have mental health support needs, to assist them in securing sustainable paid employment in line with their preferences.
Locations available: Birmingham & Solihull
Access to a vehicle is required as the role consists of working from home as well as in the community.
You will have:
- Experience in providing excellent customer IAG/Coaching
- Functional Skills, Literacy, and Numeracy
- Experience in providing and managing information, advice & guidance services to young people
- Experience in working in a target-driven environment
- Proven experience in supporting people to obtain or keep work.
- Proven experience in meeting and exceeding outcomes and targets.
- A proactive approach to engaging with participants and sourcing potential referrals.
