Are you an experienced HR Advisor who is available immediately and enjoys Case Management?
Are you open to joining a company who are going through a period of change?
You will be working for a Public Sector client so you will either need to have an Enhanced DBS or prepared to have a DBS check.
The ideal candidate will need to have a driving license a you will have the opportunity to travel to their other sites, which will include Digbeth, Bordesley Green or Handsworth so someone who can drive is essential.
This is a temporary contract, starting as soon as possible. You will be working in a fixed term contract which will be a period of 6 months, but there will also be a permanent opportunity available at the end for the right person.
As an experienced HR Advisor your duties will involve:
- A large part of the role will involve dealing with high volume complex Case Management, so previous experience of this is essential.
- The successful HR Advisor will also be liaising with Unions.
- You will also need a driving license as you will be travelling to their other local campuses, with all expenses paid.
- Conducting disciplinary and grievance meetings, so previous experience is essential.
- Producing various reports and building relationships with the Management Team.
- You will be working in a fast-paced environment where there are lots of deadlines to meet.
- A part of your role will also be to look at absence management and how processes can be improved.
- Building and improving relationships with internal colleagues.
