Location: Across our Reception and Localities Teams in Derby
Derby has been on a journey continually developing and improving our offer to children, young people and their families. We are proud of our recent Ofsted judgement of Outstanding. In Derby we aren’t complacent about this and recognise that our Social Work workforce are key to this achievement. We operate a Strength Based Practice Model which our Social Workers, Team Managers and Senior Leaders are passionate and knowledgeable about. We want likeminded Social Workers to join our workforce and become part of Derby’s journey. If this is reflective of the place you’d like to work, please apply.
