We're looking to hire an enthusiastic and committed Soft Landscaping Supervisor to join our team of landscape professionals.
The successful candidate will be required to undertake a varied range of Soft Landscaping duties in and around the Northwest, delivering to the highest standard on commercial projects.
Previous experience along with the highest standards of workmanship, and a keen eye for detail are very important to this role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Carry out all hands-on Soft Landscaping tasks as required to ensure completion of projects, including: Turfing, Soil Work, Planting and Mulching, Pruning, Hedging and Tree Work and Finishing, & Site Tidying, and Cleaning
- Supervise and monitor day to day operations and progress of work through the use of AI Husky CRM Software
- Supervise and motivate staff to ensure best performance, quality, and rate of work
- Organise and plan order of work and allocate tasks per job
- Keep operations running, monitor quality and efficiency, and ensure work meets timescale
- Resolve any operational issues to ensure smooth running of projects
- Continually seek ways to improve operational standards and methods
- Carry out any other duties in line with the role as required in the best interests of the company
- Ensure working practices are in-line with the companies ISO9001 & ISO14001 policies and has appropriate awareness.
Essential Qualifications/Experience
- Minimum of 2 years-experience within a similar role
- CSCS card
- Full Driving Licence
Desired Qualifications/Experience
- NVQ Level 2 in Horticulture
- SSSTS
