With the additional offering of freshly prepared food and a variety of hot and cold beverages. Job Description:

As a Soft Play Assistant, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Soft Play centre. You'll be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe play area, engaging with children and parents, and ensuring everyone has a fun and enjoyable experience. Your primary duties will include:

• Taking admission payments on arrival
• Taking food and beverage orders and serving accordingly
• Monitoring the cleanliness and tidiness of the play area, including regular cleaning and sanitisation.
• Ensure all health and safety regulations are adhered to.
• Participate in additional Play House events eg Lego day.
• Co-ordinate and oversee individual bookings and parties.
• Ensure stock levels are managed and any discrepancies are reported.
• Participating in training sessions and team meetings to enhance job knowledge and skills.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with children preferred, but nor essential.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with children and adults.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and patient demeanor, with a genuine passion for excellent customer service.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
