Soft Services Coordinator Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and organized Soft Services Coordinator to join our team. This role will oversee and coordinate the daily operations of our housekeeping staff and coordination with the clients. The successful candidate will ensure that our facility is clean and well maintained, and that all client’s receive the highest quality of service.
Soft Services Coordinator Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the housekeeping staff, including scheduling and assigning duties.
- Ensure all office facilities are properly cleaned and stocked to meet Commercial & Residential Building standards.
- Ensure that all safety and sanitary regulations are followed.
- Monitor staff performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed.
- Manage inventories of cleaning supplies, linens, and building essentials.
- Respond to client’s requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Housekeeping Supervisor Requirements and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous supervisory experience in a housekeeping or hospitality setting preferred.
- Knowledge of cleaning products and techniques
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
