Are you an experienced Software Engineering Manager / Development Manager who can demonstrate leading high performing teams delivering business critical Software/Cloud products? Do you have experience of influencing technical Cloud Product direction and delivering modern B2B Cloud solutions?
We have an opportunity to lead an experienced development team within a software company delivering interactive Cloud solutions to a global customer base. The company require an experienced Development Manager who can drive success of their Cloud/Software products through effective team leadership using modern best practices and principles.
The company are based in Winchester, Hampshire and offer Hybrid working options.
Summary of essential experience:
- An experienced people manager, able to effectively lead multiple teams.
- Previous experience of driving personal development and team interaction.
- Able to demonstrate implementing relevant processes, Shift-Left, TDD, SOLID, etc.
- Strong Azure Cloud knowledge
- Technical background, exposure to .Net, C#, SQL and the ability to liaise with senior developers.
- Excellent communicator, able to influence at all levels of a business.
- Experience of Cloud Security or Cyber Security or relevant certifications (CISSP) etc is beneficial.
