Role:
In this exciting new position, you’ll get the opportunity to put your stamp on the development team and be an important member of the wider team. In this role you’ll be leading a team of 7 developers, who are all at different stages of their career. You will be the go-to technical expert within the team, and will be part of maintaining and fostering a friendly, collaborative and nurturing environment.
The right person for this role will be comfortable with coding whilst also managing the activities of a small team of developers, liaising with internal stakeholders, working to timelines and training junior developers.

Responsibilities / Skillset :
- Manage a small team of .Net Developers
- Manage project delivery
- Stakeholder management
- Managing the full SDLC including testing and release
- Development best practice
- Agile Development
- FullStack .Net Development (.Net / C# / Angular / Azure ideally)
- Communication with various teams
- Problem Solving
You do not need to have experience in all of these areas but must be willing to learn and develop, this position will be hands-on and you’ll be working in a split of development vs management.
