Reed is actively recruiting on behalf of an established IT Sales business for a permanent Software Renewals Administrator.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who has a background in the IT Sales industry or within sales administration (carrying out duties such as creating quotations, generating reports).
The main function of the role is to manage all aspects of Software Renewals. To work proactively and manage all reactive requests within a reasonable SLA. To add value cross selling and upselling renewal opportunities.
As a Software Renewals Administrator, you will be responsible for:
• Send out renewal quotations.
• Make sure that all the renewals for the next quarter are quoted 90/60/30 days in advance.
• Manage a renewals pipeline and update this on a weekly basis.
• Respond to any renewal queries.
• Download renewal data from Supplier/Vendor portals.
• Request reports from Suppliers/Vendors.
• Achieve sales-based target set by management.
