Day-to-Day:
- Supporting the internal technical applications
- Support development/deployment of the business applications
- Support ongoing and new projects within the Software Support tea,
Requirements:
- You must be experienced in supporting technical applications.
- Be proactive as well as reactive to issues faced on the helpdesk.
- Have an understanding of business applications support.
Ideal knowledge of (not required):
- Access People Planner
- Access Care Planning
