Solar Panel Installer

Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Solar Installer to join our team. As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for assisting with the installation and maintenance of Solar Panels and related equipment. This is a hands-on role that requires physical labor and technical knowledge. Duties: - Assist with the installation of Solar Panels on residential and commercial properties - Perform site assessments to determine optimal panel placement - Dig trenches and install conduit for electrical wiring - Mount Solar Panels on roofs or other structures using power tools - Connect panels to electrical systems, ensuring proper wiring and functionality - Test and troubleshoot Solar Panel systems to identify and resolve any issues - Maintain accurate documentation of installations, repairs, and maintenance activities Experience: - Previous experience in Solar Panel installation is preferred but not required - Familiarity with electrical systems and wiring principles - Proficiency in using power tools for construction purposes - Ability to weld or perform basic metal fabrication is a plus - Strong knowledge of hand tools and their proper usage - Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Requirements: - Physical stamina to perform manual labor in outdoor environments - Ability to work at heights, including on rooftops or elevated structures - Comfortable working in various weather conditions - Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately - Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members Benefits: - Competitive pay based on experience and qualifications - Opportunities for career growth within the company - Training provided for individuals without prior Solar Panel installation experience If you are a motivated individual with a passion for renewable energy, we encourage you to apply for the position of Solar Installer.
