Managing engineers, projects, one off domestic jobs and commercial installations of Solar PV
Be accountable for agreed financial targets, KPI's, Projects and budgets
Engaging with internal and external stakeholders to represent operations
Pre-start surveying of all job types
Deliver complete projects from start to finish with operational assistance
Create documents including, RAMS, Construction Phase Plans, COSHH data sheets, Programs, Commissioning documents, Logbooks, Permits, etc
Manage, organise and distribution of labour requirements for current workloads and future workloads
Ensure all paperwork is returned, checked and any remedial action is planned and completed

A full, clean UK driving license
Must hold a valid in date trade and H&S specific cards and accreditations
Electrical qualification would be an advantage
Proven experience in Solar PV projects is essential
Confident communicator
Have a flexible approach to working hours
Extensive knowledge of both electrical and roofing aspects of PV installation
High level of customer service skills
Managerial experience - Managing both direct and sub-contractors
An in depth understanding of the duties required for the Renewable manager, supervisors, engineers and administration team
Must have excellent computer skills and be familiar with MS office, CAD, MSC design software for heat loss

Salary £38,000 - £45,000
