Solar Sales Manager

Our client Skyform Energy are recruiting an experienced Solar Sales Manager.

They are part of the Skyform Group,is a multidisciplinary, highly experienced construction firm that offers competitive costs to domestic properties for all roofing, render, insulation and renewable technology works.

They were incorporated to offer a trusted partner for the homeowner to seek advice and construction solutions on our customers most valuable assets, their home. Their team has a wealth of knowledge and experience, amassed over many years of successfully working within the public sector.

Due to the high demand for solar energy in the UK they are seeking passionate applicants for this position.

As a key part to the businesses sales structure, you will be developing a strong sales and marketing team to meet the businesses KPI'S together.

They are looking for a hands on approach from their managers, leading the team and making sure they follow all processes and company code of conduct.

You will be conducting your own detailed sales presentations to potential customers, discussing the benefits of our solar energy and battery products, designing solar systems to suit customers energy needs. These leads will be sourced primarily using Facebook Ads.

You will need.

• Direct sales experience in Solar PV, Storage Batteries, Heat Pump or other MCS technologies
• Experience with design software such as open solar for example
• Experience in leading a Direct sales team
• Lead generation experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A strong passion for clean, green technology.
• Computer literate is essential
• Enthusiasm and drive to exceed targets.
• Sales training and developing

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: >GBP35,000.00 per year (Excluding any performance or commission bonuses)
