We are on the lookout for enthusiastic and driven law graduates to join our team as Solicitor Apprentices in either our Hull HQ or Leeds offices. As a vital member of our dynamic legal team, you will be working to progress legal matters and transactions, developing your legal knowledge and commercial savvy to craft tailored solutions that exceed client expectations.

Qualifications, Training & Professional Regulation

  • In conjunction with Damar Training, powered by BARBRI, you will undertake the 18 month fast-track Solicitor Apprenticeship.
  • With an 80/20 work/study split, you will learn and achieve your SQE1 and SQE2 exams while gaining Qualifying Work Experience with rradar.
  • You will achieve a Level 7 qualification and aligned with the Solicitors Regulation Authority, be admitted as a Solicitor on completion of SQE1, SQE2 and 2 years of Qualifying Work Experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Take a Key Role in Legal Matters:

  • Have the opportunity to play a key role in progressing legal cases, utilising your fresh perspective.
  • Apply your legal prowess to create the right solutions for our diverse client base.

2. Share Your Legal Expertise:

  • Support in addressing clients' commercial challenges effectively.
  • Provide advice grounded in factual legal analysis, in a jargon free manner and aligned with your clients business goals and objectives, setting you apart as a trusted advisor.

3. Conduct Legal Research:

  • Use your legal research skills, exploring relevant sources and providing comprehensive analysis.

4. Engage and Build Relationships with Clients:

  • Connect with clients, offering expert guidance on legal matters.
  • Be the voice of clients in legal proceedings and negotiations.

5. Prepare Clear and Concise Legal Documents:

  • Drafting clear and compelling legal documents on behalf of our clients, across a range of legal disciplines.

6. Build Lasting Professional Relationships:

  • Develop strong bonds with clients and stakeholders – building strong and long lasting internal and external networks.
  • Efficiently manage workloads and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

Entry Requirements:

  • You must have achieved an upper second-class degree in law.
  • Demonstrate your passion for law, commitment to excellence and embodiment of rradar’s core values.
