You will be part of a brilliant, fast-paced legal team, providing legal advice and conducting case work, predominantly in relation to SEND and education more generally.
We are looking for anexperienced solicitor or barrister who has:
- Experience of supervising/managing staff or be prepared to develop these skills;
- Experience of advocacy or genuinely wants to develop advocacy skills;
- Good knowledge and experience of education and SEND law and practice;
- The ability to work with minimum supervision and meet deadlines;
- A good up-to-date knowledge of SEND law and of forthcoming changes;
- An understanding of the public sector ethos;
- A friendly and helpful approach along with good communication skills.
