The ideal candidate for this role is someone who is efficient, organised, and a confident communicator, with a positive attitude and a penchant for teamwork. Proficiency in IT and technical skills is a must.

Responsibilities as a Residential Property Solicitor
Administrative Assistance:
- Client communication (written, verbal, in person)
- Payment setup
- Cost estimates for new clients
- File administration (letter production, photocopying)
- File management on LEAP
- Search ordering (InfoTrack)
- Article writing
Legal Assistance:
- Legal research
- Land Registry searches and document retrieval
- Completion of legal forms (AP1, SDLT, etc.)
- AML searches and ID checks
- Contract pack preparation
- Management of property matters
- Land Registry applications and requisitions
- Preparation of letters and reports
- Correspondence with various parties

Job Title: Residential Property Solicitor
Location: Brighton
Salary: £25,000 - £60,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Full Time: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm
