They are seeking to recruit a Residential Property Lawyer into their highly regarded team and there is some flexibility as to where the role is based. The Residential Property team work as one split across their offices and is expertly led by a long-standing Partner. The position itself will see you managing a caseload from initial instruction to completion of Freehold and Leasehold sales and purchases and related transactions with experienced support.
The role will see you inherit an existing caseload and build upon existing relationships with key referrers.
To be successful you will likely be a solicitor with the ability to run your own caseload with minimal supervision.
