The role

Hynon Hire is looking for a qualified Solicitor or licenced conveyancer to join an established solicitors' practice in Aylesbury. Our client has four offices located in heart of the Chilterns, Buckinghamshire. The practice has been assisting local clients for over 40 years, and remain a firm dedicated to serving local communities.

Our clients provide a full legal service for families, individuals and business clients. As a high street firm, they have both versatility and expertise to provide an efficient and cost-effective service across the full spectrum of legal services that their clients demand.

We are recruiting for a full-time conveyancer for this thriving and successful high street law firm to be based in the Aylesbury office. The successful candidate will have a cheery and engaging personality with initiative and be someone who can be organised and calm under pressure.

This full-time position offers a demanding and varied caseload handling all types of residential conveyancing transactions including freehold and leasehold on sales and purchases, new builds, re-mortgages and transfers of equity.

To apply you will be experienced in all matters relating to residential conveyancing. A qualification is not essential.

What will I need?

• The ideal candidate will be at least 3+ years qualified either as a Solicitor or as a Licensed Conveyancer
• Situated local or be familiar with the area will be an advantage.
• Have effective networking skills.
• Experience of running own caseload
• Ability and desire to meet targets.
• Able to handle matters from initial instructions, to exchange and to completion.
• Excellent inter-personal, customer service and team working skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with local clients.
• Excellent organisational skills
• Good local business contacts/a following would be an advantage.
