We are currently seeking a talented solicitor or fee earner with experience in handling Self-Invested Personal Pension (SIPP) claims to join our dynamic team.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced solicitor, fee earner or paralegal with expertise in SIPP claims to join our clients financial services litigation team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and representation to clients who have been affected by SIPP-related issues, ensuring that their rights are protected and that they receive fair outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of SIPP claims from inception to resolution, conducting thorough legal analysis and investigation.
- Provide expert legal advice to clients on their rights and options regarding SIPP-related matters, including mis-selling, mismanagement, and negligence.
- Prepare and file legal documents, including court proceedings and settlement agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with procedural requirements.
- Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings, advocating effectively on their behalf to achieve the best possible outcomes.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders, including barristers, experts, and regulatory authorities, to support the resolution of SIPP claims.
- Keep abreast of developments in SIPP regulations and case law, maintaining a high level of expertise in this specialized area of law.
Requirements:
- Qualified solicitor, fee earner or paralegal with experience in financial services litigation, with a focus on SIPP claims.
- Strong knowledge of SIPP regulations, financial services law, and civil procedure rules, with the ability to apply legal principles effectively.
- Proven track record of managing complex litigation matters, including drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, and representing clients in court.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex legal issues and develop effective strategies for resolution.
