SalaryWe are seeking a skilled Litigation Solicitor to join our Representation team at Aberdeenshire Council. This is a fixed term post for secondment cover for one year. The post is 34 hours per week.
Applications from individuals seeking to work on a part time, job share or flexible working basis would be considered. Although the work base is Woodhill House, Aberdeen our team enjoys the flexibility of mainly working from home.
Experience in Community Care law would be preferable but not essential for this post.
This post requires a Disclosure Scotland Check and where an individual has spent a continuous period of 3 months or more out with the UK in the last 5 years, an Overseas Criminal Record Check. You will be required to provide this check. A confirmed offer of employment and commencement in the post will be subject to the outcome of both these pre-employment checks being deemed satisfactory.
This post has a minimum requirement of one reference which must be your current or most recent employer.
