Responsibilities, but are not limited to
- Produce detailed 2D Drawings and 3D CAD Models for production using SolidWorks in line with customer requirements and company guidelines
- Reverse engineering customer samples using CMM Machine and various other methods and converting data to tangible models/drawings
- Identify problems and provide solutions to any potential manufacturing processes
- Data management for CAD and customer files including bills of materials and scan data
Experiences required
- Minimum two years engineering experience with particular focus in 3D CAD. Any reverse engineering experience using specialised tools is beneficial
- SolidWorks proficiency with ability to export to multiple file types and manage data efficiently
- Experience creating precision drawings for manufacturing is essential and ability to produce relevant laser cutting/marking files beneficial
