LOCATION- Burton upon Trent (Hybrid- 2-3 times per week in the office)
SALARY- Up to £70,000.

Responsibilities of this Solution Design Manager include:
- Project Leadership: Manage a team of WMS co-ordinators, providing guidance and direction to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
- Design Oversight: Provide oversight and review of Solution Designs, ensuring they meet quality standards, align with best practices, and adhere to architectural principles.
- Technical Leadership: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to guide the team in making informed decisions during the design and implementation phases.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders, including business leaders, project managers, developers, and other relevant teams, to gather requirements and ensure that the proposed solutions meet both business and technical needs.
- Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks and challenges in proposed solutions and develop strategies to mitigate these risks. Ensure that the solutions are resilient, scalable, and adaptable to changing business requirements.
- Budgeting and Resource Allocation: Work with project managers and leadership to allocate resources effectively, manage budgets, and ensure that projects are delivered on time and within financial constraints.
- Documentation: Oversee the documentation of Solution Designs, ensuring that they are well-documented and can serve as a reference for development, testing, and maintenance teams.
- Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance processes to validate that the solutions meet the specified requirements and adhere to the established design principles.
