The successful candidate will work closely with our Solution Sales Specialists and together form an extended specialized sales team in which the SME is responsible for the technical aspects of the sales cycle. • Document customer interactions in Salesforce.
  • Collect and deliver constant feedback to CyberArk’s Solutions and Product Management teams to influence product direction and champion the voice of your customers.
  • Earn customer trust by demonstrating expertise in application secrets management.
  • Present and evangelise during tradeshows and customer events.

Requirements

  • Advanced knowledge (3+ years) of DevOps related technology – i.e., containerisation, config management, CI/CD, etc. Fluent with the SDLC and agile build methodologies.
  • Strong presentation skills and professional demeanour. Ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Knowledge in container orchestration such as Kubernetes, OpenShift, Tanzu etc.
  • Knowledge in SCM tools such as GitLab, and common CI/CD tools such as Ansible and Jenkins.
  • An understanding of security concepts and the development of security roles within organisations that meet functional, technical, and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to anticipate risks and devise solutions in the moment; adaptable.
  • Experience navigating enterprise scale sales cycles preferred.
  • Development experience (Go, Python & Ruby) preferred.
  • Fluent in English and ideally a second language (French, Spanish or Italian are preferred).
