We are in search for an experienced, passionate and talented Sommelier to join our dedicated Wine Team at Hakkasan Mayfair!
The ideal Sommelier has:
- Previous experience in a similar role and within a fast paced luxury environment;
- A charismatic personality, able to ensure that guests are given an exciting and memorable experience;
- Leadership and delegation skills including the ability to train and mentor the Sommelier team;
- A tenacious passion to succeed and develop: WSET L3 or advanced CMS preferred;
- Ideally experience with ordering and stock rotation;
- Exceptional service standards with attention to detail;
- Good command of English with the ability to communicate confidently;
- Ability to work under pressure and willingness to work as part of a team;
- Availability to work full-time and be flexible.
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United Kingdom.
