Responsibilities
• Lead and manage the team of Sourcing Operations Associates• Ensure accurate and timely completion of all incoming cases• Align the team to quickly respond to market triggers• Establish clear ownership and communication plan with Sourcing Relationship Management team• Identify areas of efficiency and process improvement• Collaborate with the Analytics team for measurable outcomes• Align with Member Engagement to ensure member needs are met• Regularly report out across stakeholders• Further development of role profile of Sourcing Operations Associates• Support all SOX related activities and audit
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Supply Chain, Science, Engineering or a related field preferred• Minimum of five years’ experience in business operations, sourcing, consulting, pharmaceuticals, or retail• Experience in generic pharmaceuticals or healthcare preferred• Strong time management skills• Demonstrated contract negotiation skills• Strong analytic and systems skills• Working knowledge of relational databases• Proven ability to research, analyse, and problem solve• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills• Ability to build positive working relationships• Ability to work autonomously• Comfortable with ambiguity• Ability to travel and attend after-hours business meetings
