SalarySourcing Specialist, Loughborough
£26k, Temp with Perm opportunity
Working Pattern:
- Full Time, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm with a 4pm finish on Fridays
- Office-based while training, with the possibility of 1 day working from home once comfortable with the role
We are looking for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working in a team. As a Sourcing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in assisting the sales and customer service teams by sourcing products from suppliers, ensuring compliance, and providing excellent customer service. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with internal sales teams and customer service to handle inquiries
- Source products from external suppliers, including international suppliers
- Contact suppliers to obtain pricing, delivery timelines, and relevant product details
- Ensure all products meet compliance requirements
- Set up products on the system for quotation process
- Follow up with suppliers and provide excellent customer service
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Motivated and able to work well in a team
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Ability to ask questions and seek clarification when needed
