APPRENTICESHIP BAKER OR TRAINEESHIP – Full time or Part Time
24/7 in-store bakery operation
Zeit Fuer Brot (www.zeitfuerbrot.com) is opening in London in 2024.
As in our existing 15 locations we will be opening a 350 square meters bakery + store in Islington from which we will serve walk in customers and also bb customers.
We expect to serve 1000+ customers per day.
We are looking to train Bakers who will learn to work in our scratch bakery alongside our head baker and senior colleagues to produce new ranges of handmade sourdough loaves , speciality breads and a range of around 50 products that you can see on our website.
The successful candidates must have high standards of personal hygiene, be able to use their initiative and work well as part of a team. We have dayshifts and nightshifts.
