We are working with a leading Contract Catering company for this lovely site based in the City near to London Bridge, this will be working in the Hospitality kitchen. This is mainly a Monday to Friday role with some evening events and an occasional weekend required.
On a daily basis you will cater for a mixture of events from Buffets and Canapes to sit down lunches and dinners. Events will range in size from 20 up to 200 with often multiple events at the same time. So good organisational skills will be required.
Working with a really strong Head Chef you will support and manage agency and casual chefs on larger events and be expected to run events in the head chefs absence.
This role would suit an enthusiastic Sous Chef or experienced Chef de Partie looking for a first Sous Chef role, you must be flexible as some evenings will be required and if weekend events are on depending on size the whole team will be require to work. However this is mainly a Mon-Fri role.
