As our new Sous Chef, you'll work closely with the Head Chef to develop mouth-watering menus and deliver consistently delicious food with exceptional quality. You'll also play a critical role in training and developing our kitchen team, while ensuring strict adherence to food budgets and safety regulations.
To be considered for this role, you'll need at least four years of experience in a similar position, along with culinary training or relevant certifications.
A passion for food and cookery, along with a dedication to providing top-notch customer service, is a must.
