The role:
BlueArrow is pleased to be with working with this beautiful 46 Bedroomed Hotel Family run hotel between Windsor and Ascot.
Do you have a passion for food.
Working with a exciting Head Chef in the restaurant , banqueting and Dining Pods.
Using fresh, local seasonal ingredients , to create exceptional dishes served to the highest standard.
Assisting in writing menus , come up with ideas .
Have a strong banqueting background.
Have a good attention to detail.

Skills required:
Good all round kitchen skills.
Maintain good kitchen hygiene practises.
Be able to work on own or with a team.
Be able to supervise and help train junior chefs in their development.
Support Head Chef and Sous Chef in delivering required standard of food and the kitchen operation
Qualifications/Certifications:
Level 2 food Hygiene qualification
City & Guilds 706/2 Catering/ NVQ Level 2 in cookery
