Description

• Implement and oversee the company's SOX compliance programme
• Work with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance
• Develop and maintain SOX compliance documentation
• Identify areas of risk and improve controls
• Train staff on SOX compliance and requirements
• Provide guidance to management regarding SOX compliance
• Assist in the preparation of reports for senior management
• Stay up-to-date with changes to SOX regulations

Profile

• An accountancy qualification
• Strong knowledge of SOX regulations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
