Senior It Analyst

Senior IT Analyst - Birmingham - �30,000 to �40,000

VIQU has recently partnered with an organisation that specialises within the Automative industry. This company is an industry leader bringing new and exciting products to the automotive sector.

We are currently recruiting for a Senior IT Analyst, who would be the onsite to resolve IT related issues and be responsible for reporting and diagnosing issues with the company's computer systems and responsible for additional company projects.

The Senior IT Analyst will also be a pivoting resource to manage the company's MSP and ERP service provider to ensure a smooth partnership.

Responsibility of the Senior IT Analyst role:

* Provide 1 st and 2 nd line IT support to the company's internal staff.
* Support and maintain the companies ERP system (SAP B1)
* Analyse the company's system requirements and configure, test and implement improvements.
* Work alongside the company's 3 rd party MSP to ensure that technical issues are resolved with the objective of improving internal user satisfaction.

Requirements of the Senior IT Analyst:

* Strong experience with 1 st and 2 nd line support
* ERP experience with at least one of the following: SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Dynamics etc.
* Manufactory industry experience or come from a very process driven organisation.
* Good experience supporting issues regarding servers, network, helpdesk and ad hoc.
* Understanding of desktop & laptop support
* Strong knowledge of O365 and the MS Suite, with regards to backend administration
