About The Role

This role is responsible for the general day-to-day running of the Ocean Spa's reception desk and treatment booking system. You will be working as part of a team to ensure a smooth running and professional operation of the Spa at all times. You will follow spa protocols to book the spa experience and treatments and requires strong administration skills. You will receive training to be give professional advice and promote available treatments with a focus on re-booking where possible. If things don't quite go right, be ready to resolve problems speedily and with empathy in a way that will ensure guests remember their holiday for all the right reasons, resulting in positive guest satisfaction and improvement to the overall guest experience.
Typical Working Hours: This is a permanent role, paid fortnightly, covering 35 hours per week- either 9am-6pm or 10am-7pm 5 days over 7 including weekends and bank holidays.
About You
We are looking for someone who naturally thrives in a chatty customer service environment, with strong administration and communication skills predominantly using Microsoft Office and who demonstrates a positive attitude even when working under pressure. Training will be given for all in-house training systems.
We are looking for someone with a problem-solving attitude to really wow our guests with superior service at the point of booking and enquiries. You should also have a curious mindset and not be afraid to challenge the status quo and have attention to detail, with the ability to communicate at all levels.
