SalarySpa Receptionist - Part Time - Weekends
We have a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to get a foothold in the spa industry to join our team at Aberdeen's newest spa within the Sandman Signature Hotel in the city centre. Ideal candidates must demonstrate a real passion for working in a luxury Hotel Spa and have a flair for delivering exceptional service to our guests and clients.
Hours of work may vary slightly but will generally be around 5 to 6 hours every Saturday and Sunday between 10am and 6pm.
Responsibilities
- Manning our spa reception desk during busy weekends.
- Welcoming clients, explaining the facilities and making them comfortable.
- Answering calls, managing the booking system, handling questions and queries.
- Assisting the manager and therapists where necessary.
- Helping to keep the spa immaculately clean.
- Liaising with hotel reception.
- Processing payments and charges.

Requirements
- A good telephone manner, immaculate presentation and a welcoming personality are essential.
- Some Spa or beauty industry experience is desirable but not essential.
- Excellent personal presentation and professional appearance. Experience of customer service roles are advantageous.
