We are hiring a skilled Spa and Beauty Therapist with talent for providing a welcoming and personalised guest experience. We are hiring in our Cheadle Location. OTE £22k to £28k per annum depending on experience Job Summery
To carry out a wide range of beauty/spa treatments to the highest professional standard and to deliver exceptional client service in line with PURE brand standards. Therapists will demonstrate excellent product and treatment knowledge by consulting with clients and advising and recommending the most appropriate products and treatments for their needs. Therapists create personalised homecare and lifestyle prescriptions for their clients as part of providing excellent client service and encouraging client retention. You are responsible for building your own client base and ensuring that, treatment, retail, re-booking and PURE targets are met. You will demonstrate good team working skills and support the management team your colleagues in delivering the required standards in relation to cleanliness, tidiness and Hygiene, Health & Safety compliance.
