Spa & Wellness Manager

Salary: $35,000 - $40,000 annum + Service Charge + Housing Allowance + Bonus + Benefits +more!

Location: Dominican Republic

My client is currently seeking a Spa & Wellness Manager to join the team and contribute to the exceptional guest experience, starting as soon as possible.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the daily operations of the spa and wellness facility
• Ensuring high standards of service quality, cleanliness, and safety in all spa areas
• Hiring, training, and supervising spa staff, including therapists, estheticians, and receptionists
• Managing spa budgets, expenses, and revenue goals, and implementing strategies to maximize profitability
• Monitoring guest feedback and satisfaction levels to identify areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes
• Maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards for spa operations

Ideal Spa & Wellness Manager:

• 2+ years of experience in a managerial role within the spa and wellness industry, with a strong understanding of spa operations and services
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is a must
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Experience in budget management, revenue forecasting, and financial analysis
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
