VENUE COORDINATOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To contribute to the effective day-to-day running of the company’s community and coworking spaces, ensuring all spaces are well serviced and maintained
- To provide consistent, reliable, and approachable service so that our members feel confident and supported in their day-to-day activities
- To be the main point of contact for the Events Coordinator for on-site assistance with private hire/events production, across the company
- To be a proud promoter of the company and help drive commercial results through showcasing the best of the company offer through excellent service and meaningful interactions
- Proven experience in hotel reception, membership club, co-working space or similar
- Ability to constantly move between locations and its seven floors using stairs, and to undertake physical tasks
- Client-focused and committed to delivering meaningful and exceptional service
- Strong verbal and written communicator, accurate written work and able to adapt style to reflect suitable tone of voice alongside excellent use of grammar
