Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30 am - 5.00 pm

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Graduate Marketing Executive to join one of the world’s leading manufacturers based in the heart of Stoke-on-Trent.

As a Graduate Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering the marketing strategy across our European markets. Reporting to the European Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing and owning communication channels with distributors, contributing to European product launches, and driving overall marketing success in the region.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors across European markets.
• Daily collaboration with European sales representatives to support market activity
• Contribute to the development of strategic marketing plans for the European region.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities
• Lead the marketing efforts for product launches in European markets.
• Develop comprehensive launch plans, including assets, messaging, and promotional activities.
• Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content, tailored for the European audience.
• Ensure consistent messaging and brand representation across all communication channels.
• Monitor and analyse marketing campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Work with analytics tools to assess the impact of marketing efforts on sales and brand awareness.

Candidate Requirements: 

• A recent graduate of Marketing, Business or similar subject is essential
• Sound understanding of Marketing Principles and strategies
• Language skills would be highly advantageous Fluent Spanish would be ideal
• Able to communicate effectively (Written and Verbal)
• Self-motivated and able to work alone and as part of a team.

• Commercially minded
