Spanish Teacher

Veritas have a fantastic opportunity for a Spanish Teacher with QTS to join a friendly, inclusive school in Longfield, Kent making a difference to the lives of their diverse student community.

Role of a Spanish Teacher:

• Plan and deliver engaging and interactive lessons, catering to the diverse needs and abilities of students.
• Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters independent thinking, creativity, and active participation.
• Utilize a variety of teaching methodologies, resources, and technologies to enhance student learning and achievement.
• Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and implement effective strategies for improvement.
• Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the development of the Spanish curriculum and share best practices.

A successful Spanish Teacher will be:

• Enthusiastic about the Spanish curriculum and have strong subject knowledge.
• Take pride in the quality of your teaching and learning in your classroom.
• Keeping up to date with curricular developments.
• Have clear verbal and written communication.

Education and Training needed for the role of Spanish Teacher:

• Qualified Teacher Status (with DfE Number).
• Experience teaching secondary-aged children.
• Knowledge of Curriculum and SEN Code of Practice.
• Willingness to develop own expertise.
