About the role
Working as part of a small team you will be critical in ensuring the Spare Parts Warehouse facilities which hold approximately 17,000 parts for all areas of the site are effectively managed including master data governance.
Typical hours are 7.00am – 3.00pm Monday to Friday with some flexibility around the start and finish time.

What you will do
- Be responsible for inventory management including master data governance in the Spare Parts technical warehouse
- Ensure that both goods-in and goods-out processes for parts are followed using SAP, ensuring accurate records are always maintained.
- Receipt technical Spare Parts, storing them in the correct location, some of which are stored at height and make accessible for the operational areas.
- Ensure the accuracy of stock at all times
- Have a strong commitment to digitalisation there are opportunities to support projects focused on improving processes and ways of working.
- Maintain high attention to detail and data analysis as part of the master data governance
Who you are
You will have current or previous experience of working within a warehouse, ideally within a manufacturing environment and be confident in recording and retrieving computer-based data. Previous experience of managing parts within SAP would be beneficial, although not essential as training may be provided.
Due to the need to drive on site a full driving licence is essential to this role. A current forklift truck licence (FLT) would be helpful, although not mandatory as training can be provided for the right candidate.
